Ingredients
  

  • Protein & Rice:
  • 1 cup Cooked Jasmine Rice preferably day-old
  • ½ lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 🍳 Eggs & Vegetables:
  • 2 Eggs lightly beaten
  • ½ cup Frozen Peas & Carrots Mix
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 🥢 Seasonings & Sauces:
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Prep Ingredients
  • Ensure rice is cold and separated.
  • Lightly beat eggs and chop vegetables.
  • Cook the Shrimp
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  • Scramble the Eggs
  • In the same wok, add beaten eggs and stir gently until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • Stir-Fry Vegetables & Rice
  • Add garlic, peas, and carrots, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Increase heat to high, add rice, and stir continuously.
  • Combine & Season
  • Add back shrimp and eggs.
  • Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix well.
  • Final Touch & Serve
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes
