- Protein & Rice:
- 1 cup Cooked Jasmine Rice preferably day-old
- ½ lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 🍳 Eggs & Vegetables:
- 2 Eggs lightly beaten
- ½ cup Frozen Peas & Carrots Mix
- ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 🥢 Seasonings & Sauces:
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ½ tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil for frying
Prep Ingredients
Ensure rice is cold and separated.
Lightly beat eggs and chop vegetables.
Cook the Shrimp
Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
Scramble the Eggs
In the same wok, add beaten eggs and stir gently until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
Stir-Fry Vegetables & Rice
Add garlic, peas, and carrots, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Increase heat to high, add rice, and stir continuously.
Combine & Season
Add back shrimp and eggs.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix well.
Final Touch & Serve
Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Enjoy!
