Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups hot water Slightly cooled after boiling
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp grated ginger Fresh or powdered
  • 4 tsp honey Can substitute with stevia for sugar-free version

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Heat the Water
  • Boil 4 cups of water and let it cool slightly.
  • 2️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients
  • Grate fresh ginger and squeeze lemon juice.
  • 3️⃣ Mix the Drink
  • Add ½ teaspoon of grated ginger and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice per cup of warm water.
  • 4️⃣ Sweeten and Stir
  • Add 1 teaspoon of honey to each serving and stir until fully dissolved.
