- 2 cups Water Fresh and filtered preferred
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger Grated
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint leaves Lightly crushed to release oils
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Ground Ceylon preferred
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Honey Or to taste
Step 1: Boil the Water
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Step 2: Add Herbs & Spices
Add grated ginger, fresh mint leaves, and cinnamon to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Step 3: Strain the Mixture
Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a mug or glass to remove solids.
Step 4: Add Lemon Juice & Honey
Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey until fully dissolved.
